Shipping

• Packing: For most of my original artwork, the original canvas will be securely stretched on a wooden frame. It will then be carefully packed in a cardboard box with protective cardboard encasing the original painting.

  However, for future larger works, I may need to remove the canvas from the frame and ship it in a roll to ensure safe transportation, I will contact you if this is applicable to do so. In this case, you may need to take the canvas to a professional workshop to have it stretched back onto a frame. Again I will always contact you before posting to inform you that this is the case but it will be extreamly very rare. 

  Please note all postage will be done though royal mail signed delivery and there will be an additional small charge to help cover the cost of postage when leaving though the shopping basket, international buyers will be charged more due to location and world wide shipping.

• Refunds: Please note that unfortunately I am unable to offer refunds for my original paintings & prints due to the complex packaging and costly shipping involved these days.

  However, I encourage you to reach out to me before making a purchase. I am more than happy to provide additional pictures, videos, or any other relevant information to help you make an informed decision and ensure that the painting is the right fit for you.

  In the rare event that a product is damaged during shipment, rest assured that it will be covered by insurance. I take great care in packing my work, but if you notice any signs of damage to the packaging, please take pictures before opening the package and throughout the process. These pictures will be required by the insurance company as proof & evidence should this ever happen.

• International Customers: Please be aware that additional customs taxes may be charged by your government before receiving the package from the courier, I have absolutly no control over this so please be aware! The amount of customs tax varies depending on your location. I recommend checking the customs regulations in your country before making a purchase or ordering my work.

Please note that ALL postage will be tracked and signed for to ensure that my artworks reach you safe and sound, for my own well being & yours, if you wish to have the unique tracking code please feel free to email me, I will be more than happy to supply it.

Post time will vairy on location but expect 3-5 working days for any prints and gift cards and 1-2 weeks for original artwork within the UK, I want to make sure all my items for sale are packed to the highest standard possible and thank you for your patience.
